Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

2. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery and pickup options as specified at the time of order.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Once the order is delivered or picked up, it is the customer's responsibility to store and handle the food safely.

3. Food Safety and Handling

We are not responsible for food handling after the charcuterie has been delivered or picked up.

All food should be consumed within the recommended time frame and stored properly.

We are not liable for any food borne illnesses or spoilage resulting from improper handling or storage by the customer.

4. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Customers must communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies before placing an order.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or other common allergens.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues that may arise after consumption.

5. Product Availability

Product ingredients and presentation may vary based on availability.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to health-related issues, arising from the consumption of our products.

Customers assume all risks associated with food consumption and storage.
